According to Anup Kumar Upadhyay, Under Secretary at the Ministry for Energy, the grant will be used for electrification of Kachanari VDC in Siraha, Khajuri Mahuwa in Dhanusha, Bhagawanpur in Rupandehi, Phulbari in Dang and Taprek in Nuwakot.
The implementing agency for the project is Nepal Electricity Authority.
Roasted pumpkin, sunflower seeds hit market
KATHMANDU, Jan 15: Saisa International has launched honey roasted seeds of pumpkin and sunflower, the two popular products of Flower Food Limited, in the market. Flower Food Limited is a Thai company.
According to a press release, the products come with a new tatse and can be consumed as lunch and snacks by kids and people of other age groups. These seeds carry different minerals as iron, calcium, phosphorous, zinc and vitamins, says the release, adding that they are also capable to control high blood pressure, diabetes and stones, among others.
Saisa International, which has already launched 13 different chocolate products made from seeds, says that these products are popular in countries like America, Australia and Switzerland.
