BUSINESS BRIEFS: Ncell's My5 scheme

KATHMANDU, Dec 27: Ncell, a leading telecom operator, has introduced a new scheme called My5, which allows customers to make calls at cheaper rate. Issuing a press statement on Thursday, Ncell said the scheme that will come into effect from Friday would let customers select any five Ncell numbers to which they can make calls at 99 paisa per minute, exclusive of tax.



New subscribers acquiring Ncell´s SIM card under ´Sajilo´ tariff at Rs 99 will get main balance of Rs 50 and bonus balance Rs 49. The selected numbers for My5 scheme can be changed anytime by paying a fee of Rs 5. [break]



The release also says that even the existing pre-paid users can select five numbers to make calls at 99 paisa. Any subscriber using pre-paid (Sajilo, Ramro and Access) numbers can avail this facility by paying Rs 20 per month. The scheme is valid for three months.



Hi-Tech water purifiers in market



KATHMANDU
: Neo International has introduced six models of Hi-Tech brand of water purifier in the market. Manufactured in India, Hi-Tech water purifier uses reverse osmosis process to purify water and makes underground and other water fit for drinking, the company said issuing a press release on Thursday.



The release adds that Hi-Tech is ISO 9001:2008 certified company and its products have been certified by Water Quality Association, USA. Neo International has priced the water purifiers in the range of Rs 14,500 to Rs 24,990. The company offers one year warranty on the product.
