Youth dies in road mishap

DHANGADHI, Nov 19: A youth was killed in a road mishap at Attariya road section along the East-West Highway in Kailali district last night.

The accident took place when a bus, Lu 1 Kha 7475, heading to Butwal from Mahendranagar knocked a youth walking on the road.

The deceased is yet to be identified, police said. The dead body has been kept in the Seti Zonal Hospital for postmortem.

Police have arrested the driver and impounded the vehicle for further investigation. RSS
