Tilak Karki, 26, was arrested during a security check at Sinuwari of Bhadgaon of the district, informed police inspector Bipin Gautam of the Area Police Office, Pakali. [break]
Police also recovered five gelatins, electronic detonator wires, among other things, from Karki, who was returning home from India, according to the police officer.
