For the purpose the YAN has constituted a general convention committee under the convenorship of the Association Vice-president Jhapat Rawal.
Speaking at a press conference organized to share about the upcoming convention, YAN President Mahesh Basnet said a guideline will be issue to hold the convention in a grand manner and to organized a gathering of the former leaders of the Association.
Meanwhile, in the lead up to the convention, the YAN is also to organize a variety of programs in favour of human rights and press freedom, and against increasing market price and politicization of crimes.
