Yashuda Kumari Baral, 21, of Koteshwar, Kathmandu, who is originally from Kalikot, filed the petition arguing that despite the Interim Constitution guaranteeing employment and social security, the government has not implemented the provisions. [break]
The petitioner has urged the apex court to make the concerned bodies make arrangements for implementing the employment provision mentioned in clause 18 (1) and social security provision mentioned in clause 18 (2) of the Interim Constitution.
Baral has stated that she could not find any job despite completing higher secondary education.
The petitioner has made prime minister´s office and the ministry of law, justice, constituent assembly and parliamentary affairs as the defendant.
