Manju Devi Yadav of Chinnamasta-2 was seriously injured after being shot at. She is receiving treatment at Sagarmatha Zonal Hospital and is in a critical condition.
Dipak Kumar Yadav, a local, has been arrested in connection with the incident, the police said.
