Some talk about getting a fun job that one is passionate about and enjoying the work. Most people will agree that once you start doing what you did as a hobby or something you really like daily, you just end up hating it. Loathing sooner or later and sometimes even money is not enough motivation.[break]
But money is not the only motivation in your professional life, although it constitutes a huge portion in the priority list.
Republica asked youngsters what they would work for, if it wasn’t for money. Gaurab Luitel said food. Shreiza Manandhar aptly said she would work for everyday needs. Bijay Prakash Mainali would work simply for happiness.
Niranjan Pudasaini, on the other hand, said he would work for challenges as he loves to accept them. A challenging job, although every job in a way is or will eventually be a challenge to a person, can be a great drive.

Not far off from what Niranjan shared on our Facebook page, Sushant Khanal said, “Money isn’t worth working for, I would and will work for fun and that’s what makes me come alive.” Pujan Rijal shared her interest in being an RJ.
“Doing a job doesn’t always mean one has to be paid in return. Sometimes it’s all about following your passion, flying high to reach your dream world and landing in a place where your passion takes you. Being an RJ is my greatest passion and money is nothing in front of it.”
“Run for excellence, success will come to catch you and money will come running after you,” advises Prasim Gurung.
