KATHMANDU, Jan 9: The CPN-UML is set to convene its second Central Committee (CC) meeting on Saturday to discuss election strategy and current political developments.
The party informed that the meeting will start at 11 AM at the Majestic Grand Party Palace in Ekantakuna, Lalitpur.

The meeting will focus on the party’s approach to the upcoming House of Representatives (HoR) elections and pressing political issues. The meeting will continue until January 11.
Issues such as central member nominations, the formation of the Politburo and Standing Committee and overall work distribution will not be addressed during the meeting, while the meeting’s main focus will be to forge the party’s election strategy.
