Speaking at a press conference organized by Press Chautari in Kailali, Rai underlined the need to focus on the ongoing peace and constitution drafting processes.[breaak]
Prime Minister Baburam Bhattarai should look for an alternative to this government as it has failed completely to meet peoples´ aspirations and expectation, he opined.
Rai also suggested Bhattarai to step down immediately and pave way for the national consensus government.
He also reaffirmed NC and UML´s stance that the twin tasks of peace and constitution drafting processes cannot be concluded until army integration process is completed.
