Locals Guman Rana, 14, and Sangam Shah, whose age is not known, died on the spot in the mishap, DSP Kedar Rajaure of District Police Office, Rolpa informed. [break]
It is said that the two had only recently learned how to ride cycle. They were venturing out since early today morning to see if there was any cultural show of Teej going around.
The mishap occurred after the cyclist could not negotiate a turn along the road at the cliff.
Their bodies have been sent to the District Hospital at Reughama of Libang for autopsy.
