Traffic policeman dies in road accident in capital

KATHMANDU, Oct. 25: Traffic Policeman Tilak Bastola died in a road accident at Machhapokhari in the capital city last night.

The Metropolitan Traffic Police Division said that 28-year-old Bastola, who was driving to Traffic Police Office at Balaju after taking the traffic rules violators for actions, died after colliding in an electric pole. Bastola, a permanent resident of Kuibhir in Okhaldhunga district, was serving the Nepal Police for nine years. RSS
