Traffic obstructed along Pokhara-Baglung road section

PARBAT, April 3: Traffic along Pokhara-Baglung road section has been brought to a grinding halt after the relatives of the deceased, killed on March 7 bus accident, called an indefinite transport strike from Saturday.



Relatives of deceased Surendra Hamal and Hari Shrestha of Sibalaya-6 have called the strike. [break]



Hamal and Shrestha were killed when a bus (Ga 1 Kha 2493) heading to Kusma, Parbat from Baglung met with an accident on March 7.



Ganesh Rijal, 18, of Pang-3 and Keshav Rijal, 15, of Pang-9 were also killed while 31 other passengers were injured in the same accident.



The relatives have demanded proper compensation.
