Raj Kumar BK of Mallaj-7, Parbat was critically injured after being hit by a tractor (Ga 1 ta 1338) at Kudule of Baglung Municipality-10.
He died while undergoing treatment at Dhaulagiri Zonal Hospital in Baglung, police said.
Police have arrested the tractor driver, Ramesh Bahadur BK.
