Tourism body appeals for peace

KATHMANDU, Oct 1: National Tourism Industry Federation Nepal (NTIFN) has urged one and all to stop violent protests and requested concerned individuals and organizations to provide compensation for the loss incurred by people and business firms in the name of protests.

Issuing a press statement on Thursday, the federation said tourism entrepreneurs want peace and prosperity in the country. It has also requested India, China and other foreign countries as well as Nepalis to stop political activities that create chaos in Nepal.
