The meeting between the government and the UDMF teams held at Madhes Federal Socialist Forum Nepal office, Tinkune on Sunday also decided to address all the five points UDMF demands."We have agreed in written form to address the five-point demands put forth by the UDMF," coordinator of the government talk team Kamal Thapa said.
However, the issues like delineation of provinces, citizenships and amendments of constitution will be decided through a meeting with the top leaders of Nepali Congress, CPN UML and UCPN (Maoist) and the government, he added.
"The talks is heading on a positive note. The government has recognized our demands on provincial delineation irrespective of earlier meetings," UDMF's member Lal Babu Raut said.
Meanwhile, the UDMF refused to call off the ongoing protests stating the government had still not addressed their demands.
