The meeting is underway at CA chairman's office. However, Prime Minister Sushil Koirala has already left the meeting.
The Constitution Draft Committee was expected to table the first draft of constitution at the CA meeting today. However, the meeting called for 3 pm today was postponed to 7 pm and then to 9 pm. The meeting is yet to begin as UCPN (Maoist) leaders have expressed reservation on the draft.The draft will be presented before the CA and then taken to the people for their submissions on it.
