A tiger attacked Anita Bote of Mukundapur-9 on the bank of the Narayani River on Sunday evening.[break]
Before this, three people have been killed by tigers at the same place. Most of the victims are people who go to kill fish in the Narayani River.
Attacks on people by wild animals that stray out of the Chitwan National Park have increased in the last few days.
People, especially from the Bote, Majhi and Mushahar communities that earn their living by fishing are at most risk of attacks from tiger as they go fishing in the Narayani River usually in the evening.
