Three killed in Kailali blast

DHANGADHI, Sept 6: Three persons were killed and five injured in a bomb blast in Malakheti VDC-8 in Kailali on Sunday.



Kavita Bohara, 13, Chakra Bahadur BK, 22, and Manisha Oli, 8, died when a bomb went off in the courtyard of Harka Bahadur Mehta´s house at 5 p.m., according to Chief District Officer Shiv Prasad Nepal.



Lal Bahadur Bohara, 38, Tek Bahadur Bohara, 28, Sudip Deuba, 3, and Laxmi Devi Deuba, 30, sustained critical injuries and they have been referred to Nepalgunj for further treatment. Bimala Devi Oli, 20, is being treated at the Padam Hospital in Attariya.
