KATHMANDU, May 27: Chairman of the CPN (Maoist Center) Pushpa Kamal Dahal has extended his best wishes to the newly-elected mayor of Kathmandu Metropolitan City, Balendra Shah.
Dahal said, "The way Balen came to Kathmandu and won the election, I have taken it in a positive way. I think the way he has come forward is a positive thing for the political parties as well. He has also given a message to all the political parties. I want to congratulate him for winning the local level election.”
