The Himalayan Bob, Overheads, Jindabaad

KATHMANDU, Jan 13: Kathmandu based ‘Art-Rock’ band, Jindabaad along with singer Bobin Bajracharya aka The Himalayan Bob will be collaborating with The Overheads to put up a show that will appeal to both the audio and visual senses of the audience.



The Overheads is a VJ/Light show from Japan known for transforming the space light and video digital still images and movies analog and blend, in to brilliant colors.The event, which is being organized by KGarira.com, will take place at Purple Haze Rock Bar in Thamel, on Sunday from 7 pm onwards. “Visual artists have gained a lot of popularity overseas,” says Dipesh Ghale of KGarira.com. The Overheads is renowned for their performances in festivals in Japan and abroad and also is a team that frequents Nepal. Hence, KGarira.com have taken this opportunity to put together this Japanese act with Kathmandu’s favorite rock band, Jindabaad at a venue which is being established as the new rock bar joint, shares Ghale.



The evening will be opened by The Himalayan Bob who is known for representing Nepal, time and again, at the Fuji Rock Festival in Japan.



Tickets for the event are priced at Rs 200.
