The Nissan pickup (Ba 6 Cha 8416) belonging to Nepal Telecom´s CDMA department was parked in the market when it was torched, the District Police Office said. The rear tires of the vehicle and part of its engine were completely damaged by the fire.
The same individuals also smashed the windowpanes of a bus and a school, police said.
Police are trying to trace the culprits.
