They have also decided to bar the government vehicle from plying in front of academic institutions in the capital, demanding the withdrawal of the price hike.
The Nepal Oil Corporation on March 27 had raised the prices of petroleum products making petrol, diesel and kerosene expensive by Rs 4 liter each.
As per the new price format, petrol now costs Rs 120 per liter, diesel and kerosene Rs 89 per liter.
