Gold and silver prices see marginal rise

According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Association, the price of hallmark gold is Rs 262,500 per tola, while silver is fixed at Rs 4,525 per tola.

KATHMANDU, Jan 2: The prices of gold and silver have risen slightly in the domestic market today, following a minor decline over the past few days.



According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Association, the price of hallmark gold is Rs 262,500 per tola, while silver is fixed at Rs 4,525 per tola.

On Thursday, hallmark gold was priced at Rs 259,600 per tola, and silver at Rs 4,415 per tola.


Internationally, the price of one ounce of gold is USD 4,372, while silver is trading at USD 73 per ounce, according to global market reports.
