The commission has accused the actor of hurling abuses in front of children causing them mental suffering and ordered the police to register FIR under Juvenile Justice Act, 2006.
Khan had allegedly used abusive words at Wankhede Stadium post an IPL match played between Kolkata Knight Riders and Mumbai Indians on May 16, 2012.
Also, the commission has sought an enquiry for not registering any case against Shah Rukh all this while.
