SOLUKHUMBU, Jan 12: The Supreme Court (SC) directed Commission for Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) to submit all the reports related to Timburbote Sahid Smriti Prathisthan.

Keshar Babu Thulung and Datta Singh Karki filed a writ petition at the apex court after a complaint filed against Prathisthan chairman Bal Bahadur KC of corruption was suspended by the CIAA.

Timburbote is considered as a last site of armed conflict launched by the Nepali Congress (NC) where around 14 leaders including Ram-Laxman were killed.

The government had frequently released budget for construction of physical infrastructure.
