A single bench of Ram Kumar Prasad Sah issued the order in response to a writ filed by Kshetry.
The government on Friday decided to relieve Kshetry and appoint Bajay Nath Bhattarai as the governor after Bhattarai, charged for corruption and dismissed as governor, was cleared off all charged by the Supreme Court.
