Sankhuwasabha VDC secys return to work

DHANKUTA, June 30: VDC secretaries of Sankhuwasabha district have returned to work from Wednesday, two days after submitting their resignations citing threats from the little-known underground outfit Joint Ethnic Liberation Front.



The secretaries returned to work after the local administration at a meeting of all stakeholders expressed commitment to provide them security and to hold talks with the group, Chief District Officer Rajiv Pokharel said.
