A meeting of the ruling partners held in the Maoist parliamentary party office in Singha Durbar came up with the determination when the opposition parties, Nepali Congress (NC) and CPN-UML, are reportedly gearing up for bringing in no-confidence motion against the government in the near future. Speaking to Republica, Minister for Information and Communications Raj Kishor Yadav, after the meeting, said the leaders, however, were of the opinion that the prospect of no-confidence resolution being tabled in parliament was slim.
The meeting also dwelt on charting out ways head for negotiations with NC and UML on contemporary political issues including formation of national consensus government under the leadership of incumbent Prime Minister Baburam Bhattarai, Yadav informed
