Led by party chairman Kamal Thapa, the cadres padlocked the main gate of the Kathmandu Metropolitan City early Tuesday afternoon.
Addressing to his cadres after padlocking the KMC office, Thapa said that RPP-Nepal will soon move to road to end the deadlock created by the lack of local bodies. "Today´s program is only an indicator of our strong protest program," he said.
He also criticized the government for not celebrating the Democracy Day. "Unfortunately, the government decided not to celebrate the Democracy Day hurting the emotions of the Nepali citizens," he said.
