Speaking at a BP´s 98th birth anniversary function in Tanahun, Poudel said it is very difficult to implement the recently announced relief package.
"Relief package won´t uplift the poor. The poor should instead be given productive training," he said, adding, "Instead of giving fish to the people they should be taught how to fish."
He claimed that the UCPN (Maoist) bowed before the NC and handed over the container keys. "Maoists have promised to complete the integration process and arms management within one-and-a-half months. This shows the party has bowed before the NC," he said.
More than 150 NC cadres have participated in the training program that will be held till Sunday.
