Rai was enrolled to Indian second division Mohammedan Sporting Club (MSC) of Kolkata on July earlier this year. [break]
Both Rai and MSC had agreed to cancel their agreement but Rai was not able to get enrolled in Nepali team as Transfer Window System was closed and has only opened in January for a month.
Rai has already agreed to play from the MMC.
