Prez Yadav meets with journalists

KATHMANDU, July 30: President Dr Ram Baran Yadav has urged the journalists to pen in favor of establishing lasting peace and concluding the constitution writing process.



Meeting with the office bearers of the Journalist Association for Tourism (JAT-Nepal) on Saturday morning at the Office of the President, Dr Yadav expressed concern, saying the country was not developed due to political transitional. [break]



The President said that the youth should be mobilized in the country by providing them with education and other trainings.



Saying Nepal has an immense possibility in tourism development, Dr Yadav added promotion of the internal tourism and the feeling of national unity can be developed if the people living in the Mountain, Hill and Terai visit the rest part of their region in the country.



On the occasion, the President said none should engage in politics in the name of ethnicity and regionalism but all should keep the feeling of Nepali in mind despite their distinct ethnic groups and religions.



The President was of the opinion that the country can be developed through tourism, hydropower, agriculture, industrialization and animal husbandry.
