Talking briefly to media persons at Biratnagar Airport today, Gachchhadar claimed that the election to the Constituent Assembly (CA) would be held on the stipulate date on November 19 as discussions with the dissenting parties were underway.[break]
He said the dissenting parties including the CPN-Maoist, the Federal Socialist Party, among others, would participate in the CA election as the High-Level Political Committee has been holding talks with their leaders including Mohan Baidya, Ashok Rai and Upendra Yadav.
Stating that the HLPC was formed to resolve the political problems of the country, Gachchhadar stressed that no one should fear to face the election.
The MJF-Democratic Chairman said that there was a possibility of re-updating of voters´ list for the election, and claimed that the number of seats towards proportional would be increased after the report of the Constituency Delineation Commission.
