Police intensify surveillance in Nawalparasi

PARASI, July 17: The local administration has intensified surveillance along the Nepal-India border following an increasing numbers of missing children and girls in Nawalparasi.



According to the Nawalparasi District Police Office, it has received many complaints from the public about the abduction of children and girls these days.



Police have started vigilance in Triveni, Maheshpur, Jholanipul, Bhujahawa, Gemi and other border points with India, according to Superintendent of Police Krishna Prasad Gautam.



Meanwhile, the condition of 11-year-old child Ashish Baniya, who was abducted from Parasi, the district headquarters, on June 20, is still unknown.
