PM Koirala said so after receiving Rakshya Bandhan (scared thread) from Director of Bramha Kumari Rajyog Sewa Kendra, Brahma Kumari Rajdidi on the occasion of Rakshya Bandhan today.
Stating that people struggled for around 100 years for the establishment of democratic rule and law, and development, PM Koirala expressed the belief that the achievements received so far would be institutionalised in the new constitution.
On the occasion, PM Koirala said that all castes have got religious, cultural and traditional freedom and added that the new constitution would be the common draft of all.
He said that it was not possible to incorporate the demands of all political parties and sides, and launching agitation was not justifiable.
The Prime Minister said, "The country will make a great stride within 10 years from the use of natural and human resources if law and order were established after the promulgation of democratic constitution."
Recalling the leaders' struggle, sacrifice and imprisonment for the establishment of democratic rule and order, peace, stability and development, PM Koirala expressed the view that all Nepalis would face problem if peace was not established. RSS
