An unknown group had attacked Khattiwada of Taplejung Chambers of Commerce and Industry and seriously injured him on March 27. He is undergoing treatment at Model Hospital, Kathmandu, on Monday.
Health condition of Khatiwada, who has serious head injuries, is reported to be out of danger now.
Prime Minister Khanal promised to take legal action against the guilty who are criminals, said Khatiwada´s aide Ghanashyam Khatiwada.
