DOHA(Qatar) Aug. 29: Prime Minister Dr. Baburam Bhattarai has arrived at Doha, Qatar, today at 12:00 noon local time.
Nepali Ambassador to Qatar, Maya Kumari Sharma, and senior officials at the Nepali Embassy in Qatar received Prime Minister Bhattarai at the VVIP Lounge of the Doha Airport.[break]
The Prime Minister is on way to Teharan, Iran to participate in 16th Summit of the Non-Aligned Movement (NAM).
He attended a dinner at Ambassador Sharma´s residence. Similarly, the Prime Minister is to hold interaction with the Nepali representatives here, said Rishiram Ghimire, Minister Councilor of Nepali Embassy in Qatar.

Non-Aligned Movement (NAM) to be held in Tehran on August 30-31.Leading the14-member Nepali delegation, PM Bhattarai left for Tehran via Qatar Airlines plane at 9:30 am today. [break]
His delegation also includes Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Narayan Kaji Shrestha, ambassador/permanent representative of Nepal to the UN, Gyan Chandra Acharya, Nepal´s ambassador to Pakistan Bharat Raj Paudyal, who is also concurrently accreditated to Iran, Secretary at the Prime Minister´s Office Jaya Mukunda Khanal and chief of Protocol Niranjan Man Singh Basnyat and the prime minister´s daughter Manushi Yami Bhattarai.
DPM Shrestha had already left for Iran to address the plenary session of the Ministerial meeting on Monday. A three-member team led by Foreign Secretary Durga Prasad Bhattarai is also currently in Iran.
According to Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA), the prime minister will address the plenary session of the Summit. He will also hold bilateral meetings with leaders from various NAM member countries during his visit.
