Police recovered the body of Ishwar Das Yadav, a permanent resident of Bela VDC-9, Karangkhola, from a nearby forest. Late Yadav was serving at the Maoist Dirgha Memorial Brigade based in Sakram village in Dang.
Currently on a leave, 23-year old Yadav was missing for the past three days. Maoists suspect that he could have been killed after abduction.
Brigade commander Bajra Chaudhary said since the body was full of bruises it must be a case of murder. “We are also carrying out investigation. This must be a murder,” he said.
