At the function, Dr Yadav presented colors to the Kalishakti Battalion and the Military Police Battalion. At the function, the Nepal Army presented various kinds of single and serial volley firing.
Present at the programme were Acting Prime Minister Bijaya Kumar Gachchhadar, CA Chairman Subas Nembang, ministers, Chief of Army Staff, heads of diplomatic missions and high ranking government officials.
Earlier, CoAS Chhatraman Singh Gurung welcomed the president upon his arrival at the function and the Nepal Army presented a guard of honour. A large number of people had gathered at and around the army pavilion to observe the celebration.
