Petro tankers heading to Kathmandu from Dhunche

DHUNCHE, RASUWA, Nov 2: The tankers carrying petroleum products from Kyi Rong of China left for Kathmandu from Dhunche at 9.30 this morning.

According to District Police Chief Abadesh Bista, 12 tankers laden with petroleum products have set out to Kathmandu and four tankers have already reached Kyi Rong to fill up petroleum substances through Rasuwagadhi point.


It may be noted that 12 tankers carrying 111,500 litres of petroleum products had already gone through Dhunche to Kathmandu in the first phase.

All these tankers will reach the central store in Thankot by 5.00 pm today, said Bibek Lama, driver of number 1 tanker. RSS
