At the program organized to strengthen the party organization, various leaders including NC District Party Office Secretary Nabin Kishor Shakya, Central Vice President of Nepal Press Union, and NC Party Publicity chief in the district Bijaya Santoshi Rai expressed their views saying that only a democratic constitution will bail the country out of the current political imbroglio.
In the program chaired by Laxman Rai, President of Nepali Congress Chhintang Chapter, Former President of NC Chhintang Chapter Durga Bista, Harka Sishir Rai had shed light on the current organization and future programs of NC Chhintang chapter.
