PATAN, Oct 23: The Lalitpur police have arrested a person with a pistol from local Dhapakhel.
Information Officer of the District Police Office Lalitpur and Superintendent of Police Chakra Joshi said that one Shiva Kumar BK of Sakela Rural Municipality-1, Khotang, was arrested with a pistol and Rs 487,000 from Dhapakhel at 2:50 AM last night. He was living in Lalitpur Metropolitan City-23, Dhapakhel.

After the local reported to the police that BK was creating a commotion under the influence of alcohol, a team dispatched from Dhapakhel police station conducted an inspection based on suspicion and recovered a Chinese pistol without bullets, serial number 50000491, along with cash and a mobile phone.
SP Joshi said that BK is currently under police control and an investigation has been initiated against him.
