One Madhes, one province unavoidable: Mahato

ITAHARI, April 6: Minister for Commerce and Supplies Rajendra Mahato claimed the country will disintegrate if the new constitution failed to ensure the demand for ´One Madhes, One Province’.



Talking to local media persons in Itahari of Sunsari Tuesday, he stressed on the need for managing one Madhes, one province in the new constitution.



Mahato, who is the chairman of Nepal Sadbhavana Party, said armed agitation would be launched for a separate province if Madhesh was not declared as a single province.
