BIRGUNJ, March 28: CPN-UML leader KP Sharma Oli on Sunday suggested the Unified CPN (Maoist) to garner majority in the parliament to form a Maoists-led government.

Speaking at the Simara Airport, Birgunj, Oli said Maoists’ own behaviors had been the biggest obstacle for them to form the government. “They neither have the majority nor want support,” he said. [break]

Alleging that the Maoists still believe in the politics of force, he added: “After bicycle capture, vehicle capture, land capture, industry capture, they now want to capture the government and the state power.”

Oli added that Maoists continued believing in violence. “Political party should carry thoughts, not the weapons,” he added.

Oli, who arrived for a training of cadres, said the Maoists would be blamed if the constitution is not promulgated on time.
