NT starts 'third party recharge system' through 1412

KATHMANDU, Oct 18: Nepal Telecom (NT) has started third party recharge service Interactive Voice Response (IVR) 1412 through which customers can now use NT Recharge Card to pay bills of all NT services.

"Through Convergent Real Time Billing and Customer Support System (CRTB&CSS), customers can now pay bills by dialing 1412. They can even pay third party bills through NT recharge card from Sunday onwards," she said.

She also said one can pay PSTN bill, recharge ADSL account, pay GSM and CDMA post-paid bill, recharge WiMAX account, and top up GSM and CDMA prepaid service for others as well.
