The committee was coordinated by NSC Treasurer Min Krishna Maharjan and comprised of NSC members and representatives of NSCEA.

The committee was formed after NSC employees staged a protest putting forth 27-points demands and sought the three months salary they had been denied of.

Among others, the report submitted on Sunday suggested NSC to have transparency in financial transactions, in promotion and transfer of the employees, and construct physical infrastructure for sports in all regions and systematize and decentralize the unlimited power enjoyed by the NSC member secretary.
