Pokhrel said that there is no alternative to reinstating the CA for a short period or to holding fresh elections of the CA as the constitution written from outside of the CA would not incorporate people´s desires.[break]
Pokhrel, who has arrived in Phidim on Monday for the preparation of the party´s upcoming National Conference and cadres´ training, expressed this view while talking to media persons.
He claimed that the leaders of some political parties have tried to push the country into civil war by making attempts to write the new constitution from outside of the CA.
Constitution writing should be forwarded from the CA by forging political consensus; he said and added that his party has been making attempts for the same.
Responding to a query, Pokhrel, also an Eastern Bureau In-charge of the party, said that the country will get an outlet till the third week of September.He said that the country will face further crisis due to lack of a full-fledged government if the prime minister tenders his resignation.
