No compromise made to lift border blockade: Gyawali

BHAKTAPUR, March 1: CPN-UML Secretary, Pradeep Gyawali, said that the country did not make any compromise with India to lift the border blockade.

At a program organized by the All Nepal National Free Students Union (ANNFSU), Sanothimi Campus Committee here Tuesday to congratulate the new working committee of the ANNFSU, Gyawali argued that Prime Minister KP Oli's India visit was a success and India will not repeat the blockade in future.Congratulating the office-bearers and members including chairperson Nabina Lama, elected by the 22nd general convention, he emphasized on the need of mobilizing the students for the welfare of students and country's development.

Newly elected ANNFSU chairperson, Nabina Lama said they will actively work to end the irregularities seen in the education sector and added that initiatives will be taken to hold election of the free students union in near future. RSS
