NIBL opens ATM in Kalanki

KATHMANDU, June 17: Nepal Investment Bank Limited (NIBL) Sunday opened its 68th ATM terminal at Kalanki in Kathmandu.



The bank, which introduced VISA Electron for the first time in Nepal in 2003 in partnership with VISA, has more than 410,000 VISA debit card users. Customers of Nepal Telecom can pay bills of their post-paid mobile, recharge their pre-paid mobile and pay bills of landline through the new ATM terminal, accroding to a bank statement.



"NIBL is also the first bank to provide utility payment service through ATMs in Nepal, along with day-to-day banking transaction such as cash withdrawal, balance inquiry and statement request,” reads the statement.
